The Financial Consulting Story

nardello newFinancial Consulting, founded by George Nardello, recently celebrated its twentieth sixth anniversary. In those twenty six years, Financial Consulting has grown into a nationally respected firm handling tens of millions of dollars in client investments. As an advisor for individuals and corporations, George was hired as an expert consultant and witness for the United States Government in connection with a multi-million dollar liability suit.

Prior to his financial consulting career, George Nardello was a successful saxophone studio recording artist for such legends as Elvis Presley, Patti La Belle, Chubby Checker, and Frankie Avalon. George then combined his musical and technical abilities by establishing a recording studio, one of the first to use the concept of videotaping talent and sending them worldwide, now a standard practice in the industry. The United States government used George's expertise and connections to book acts for the Department of the Navy, as well as corporate hotel chains nationwide. But, as George's career in managing and developing entertainment expanded through the seventies and eighties, he began to realize that he could use his growing experience to even better use. He had seen many people fall into financial pitfalls in those years, some of whom had been badly hurt financially. In his own words, those years were the "tremendous education that started my passion to help others financially."

Thus, he decided to enter the financial consulting industry and set about obtaining the necessary credentials. George studied at such institutions as the American College, LaSalle, and the University of Pennsylvania. As he began his consulting career with Home Life he was named a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF).

After spending five years with Home Life, he decided to use his knowledge and experience to establish his own firm, Financial Consulting. Here George was able to fully utilize his unique creativity and passion to help others financially to serve a growing list of his own satisfied clients. The success of his approach to his clients' financial security has been proved dramatically in the recent financially difficult times. "I keep my clients diversified," he explained; "By investing in personalized and diversified investments, my clients experience more success with fewer risks."

George also recognizes his obligation to the community. After completing a ninety-hour intensive training course in crisis intervention, George became a volunteer for Contact Community Services hotlines, both the Crisis Help line and Ala-Cal. ContactUSA, the national parent organization of Contact Community Services, credits George with more than two hundred hours of phone time.

In association with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Memphis, Tennessee, George has been successful in establishing charitable giving seminars for St. Jude donors in the New Jersey-Philadelphia area. Additionally, he has helped raise several million dollars in donations for St. Jude through a radio charity drive, and also by donating the proceeds of his critically-acclaimed CD Sacred Sax, to the Hospital. According to Attorney John Moses, President of the Board of Directors of St.Jude's Children's Hospital and Research Center, "George has made several serious and substantial contributions to the growth and development of St. Jude's."

George has also been honored with a Doctorate in Music from Combs College in Philadelphia, in recognition of not only his musical career, but also in recognition of his development of endowment plans for charitable giving. He has lectured at Combs College as well as Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.
